It has long been recognised that search engines look at the footprints of genuine sites of authority. Not only do these websites have a large number of pages, but the content is always growing with more of them, and more importantly, constantly increasing new text content.

Most websites have limited content. Corporate sites often have a relatively small number of pages, but can have a large amount of text. Buy-online websites usually have a lot of products; conversely the amount of unique text per item is usually low. Brochure sites, however, have more content but usually fewer products. All of the above have the same problem. The content and number of pages can remain static for long periods.

And most webmasters do not have the luxury of producing ever-evolving content, so the prospect of emulating a genuine authoritative site can prove difficult.

We have developed feedangel to overcome this problem. It provides text content in the form of themed industry news, which day-by-day, week-by-week builds up the website's total content.
